Many people no longer care much about what they eat, do or enjoy in their day-to-day lives. These include their eating habits, hobbies, leisure, entertainment, physical activities and their sexual behaviors. The threat of chronic diseases today is real and at our doorsteps.
Many people of all walks of life, have succumbed to these threats such as cancer, heart failure, diabetes, kidney failure, high blood pressure and depression. Eating a healthy diet is essential to our healthy living. Eating a balanced diet is not enough if we cannot handle our eating habits as well.
